The Keel offsets and CAD files are available for download. If you are familiar with Wing Sections, the Keel section is a standard NACA 0012 Wing Section. [see Theory of Wing Sections, Ira H. Abbot & Albert E. Von Doenhoff, Chapter 6- pp. 111-115 and Appendix I - p.321]
